I teach Zumba Fitness, including Zumba Toning, Step, Kids and Strong by Zumba. Zumba is a fitness aerobic program featuring a variety of Latin American rhythms such as Salsa, Merengue and reggaeton Just to name a few. I have been teaching Zumba for over 6 Years.

Related fitness certifications: I am certified in all Zumba Specialty classes.

Pros of participating in the class? Pros for attending a Zumba class. Zumba is the most effective cardiovascular workout. You can burn up to 1,000 calories per workout. It helps your cardiovascular, blood pressure, mood, get more energy and lose weight.

Fitness tip: Always listen to your body and workout at your own pace.
