Diet is one of the three main pillars of health and, some times, how one eats is more important than what one eats. In this class, participants will learn principles and practices of how to eat.
This is an advanced class, based on prior knowledge of the principles of yurveda, which can be acquired by attending "yurveda 101: Introduction to yurveda" and/or by knowing the following topics discussed therein:
(vimati gua) [The 20 Qualities]
(pacha mah bhta) [The 5 Great Elements].
(doa) [The 3 Biological Humors].
