Come join us in February for a month of Ashtanga. Ashtanga yoga is based on a set sequence of yoga poses. In this class we focus on alignment, posture and breath. From here we develop confidence, strength and stability. This class is perfect for students who are seeking to enhance and build their practice and advanced practitioners who are looking to increase mindfulness, strength and stamina.
