Stress, anxiety and depression are the plague of modern life, creating immense suffering for millions, through painful and sometimes unbearable bodily sensations that literally make us uncomfortable in our own skin, driving us to distraction, self-medication, addiction and even suicidal thoughts.

Learning how to connect to and dialogue with the underlying sensations that arise from a nervous system thats been hijacked by past events, and is preventing us from being present and at peace in our own bodies, gives us the ability to discharge the trapped trauma, understand and establish self-regulation, calm the nervous system and greatly reduce our suffering.

In this 4-week series you will learn how physiology impacts your state and develop Body Sense - somatic skills - that can be used at any time to assess your stress level, anxiety or depression and to regulate yourself (and others) minimizing the need to numb-out, stress-out, and experience anxiety or depression, to regain a felt sense of safety so you can comfortably be in your own body again.

Taught by Gemini Adams, E-RYT, C-TREP, trauma specialist, yoga teacher and award-winning author. Gemini combines shamanic and somatic practices safely unravel the shadowy "stuff" that sits behind suffering grief, relational trauma, boundary violations from abuse and negative social programming, to bring relief and restore an authentic state of wellbeing to mind, body and soul so you can fully embrace the life you came here to live. She is a resident therapist at the Center for Relational Healing in Los Angeles, founder of Body Sense, author of several award-winning conscious living bookd and she leads retreats, classes and training's worldwide.

Times: Thursdays at 2pm - 3.30pm (weekly), October 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th please note, the classes are sequential so its recommended to attend the entire series.

Cost: Full-Series $120 (pre-register only) Drop-In $35 (on the door) - scholarships available, please ask if you are in need.
