We're kicking off our yoga program by offering our February classes for FREE! (But feel free to tip your instructor)
Cycling is great for strengthening quadriceps, calfs, glutes and hamstrings but leaves many other groups untouched. Our yoga classes are intended to loosen up these overworked groups while building core stability and encouraging spinal alignment. A good yoga practice will keep you loose and less prone to injury. Let's face it, how many of us stretch before and after every ride?
In order to secure your spot in a class, online registration is strongly encouraged. The space is only large enough for about 15 students.
- Wear comfortable and nonrestrictive clothing.
- Bring a yoga Mat. We don't yet have extras.
- Bring a towel
- Bottle of water. Hydration is key.
