Please join Siewli Stark and host Michael Foley on Wednesday, November 30th for an evening of Vinyasa yoga.
Surround yourself with our current exhibition of photographs as Siewli gently guides you through a 75-minute set of Vinyasa yoga.
Breath-Centered Vinyasa is slower in pace, focused on mindfulness and good biomechanics and alignment.
We will have a very limited number of yoga mats available, so we encourage you to bring your own if possible.
Space is limited, so please RSVP for the event.
Siewli Stark graduated from the Exhale Yoga teacher training program and became a RYT-200 yoga instructor. Siewli teaches classes that focus on cultivating mindfulness, alignment, and are breath-centered, bio-mechanically informed, safe, yet fun!
Students leave class feeling stronger, more relaxed, and more empowered in their own bodies. In her classes, Siewli also uses self-care techniques like self-massage using tools like Yoga Tune Up therapy balls, helping students to feel more calm and relaxed! Siewli just finished an advanced training on bio-mechanics and anatomy that are applicable to yoga asana, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, she will offer something that suits you.
She works with adults of all ages and abilities in advancing their yoga asana and pranayama practice. Siewli also teaches yoga to children in school settings.
