This class is designed for the every day athlete and also focuses in the everyday runner whether you are just starting or you are a local elite. The class will be led by Coach Steph B. who is a certified proffesional personal trainer, group fitness instructor, rehabilitaion exercise specialist, wellness coach, and yoga teacher. She founded beFitbeFab LLC with the purpose of making the world a healthier and fitter place. She specializes in runners and has worked with Track & Field Athletes. Steph has spent some time in Athletic Training Centers in Asia and Australia. She has taken clients from never running to the bus to completing 26.2 miles. Most recentyl one of her clients went from running a 41 minute 5k to completing the NYC half in 1:41 and then Brooklyn Half marathon in 1:37.

Yoga For Runners:

Coach Steph B has developed a series of short yoga sequences to help you:

  • Warm up before a run
  • Stretch out after a run
  • Strenghten between runs
  • Mentally prepare your race

Coach Steph will also be going over NYCM Course Strategy after the Yoga Class
