Looking forward to seeing you Saturday. I want you here and you want to be here, so let's make it happen. Couple things I ask of anyone participating. To start it off PLEASE do not be late. I say this only because jumping into a workout after missing stretching, warm-ups, or group introductions will not bring you the best results. Plus it is more likely to get injured and your safety is my number one priority. Secondly please bring the following: water, yoga mat, running shoes, and most importantly a smile. For the time being I ask that everyone bring cash. In the near future cards will be no problem. Let's take the seriousness out of excercising, I want this to be a fun welcoming environment with energized people.
For heavy sleepers there will be a late morning class: 10am-11:30am
*For the first 2 weeks if you bring a guest, class fees will be dropped*
