This summer's ultimate test of your fitness, and you get to share it with a friend! Grab a partner and throw down with some of the best athletes in the area! This competition will have ONLY ONE DIVISION for males and females. The teams will be MALE/MALE and FEMALE/FEMALE. All same sex teams. BIG CASH PRIZES for the 1st place teams! Prize packs and other swag will be awarded to all podium finishers!

T-shirts included in the registratition cost.

Our movements and standards are achievable by most Open level CrossFitters. Check out each workout below:

**Keep in mind, reps can be split however between you and your teammate. If you struggle with a movement, make sure to grab a partner that will fill in your weak spots!! Let them beast it out and move the weight while you do the gymnastics, or vice versa. Or show up with no weaknesses and crush the competition!

**Check-in between 8:00-8:30am

Events 1 and 2:

With a running clock,

From 0-5 minutes: (Event 1)

Row for max Calories as a team (can switch rowing whenever)

From 5-10 minutes: (Event 2)

Find a max weight for the following complex

1 Clean, 1 Front Squat, 1 Shoulder to Overhead (without putting the bar down)

**Each person can perform as many attempts as needed on the max lift. The total weight lifted between the two people will be your team's score.



Event 3:

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes:

20 Wall Balls (20/14#)

20 Lateral Burpees over the bar

20 Overhead Squats (115/75#)

**reps can be broken up however between the team



Event 4:

For time (9:00 time cap)

20 Pull-ups

30 Deadlifts (255#/175#)

40 Box Jumps (24/20")

50 Handstand Push-ups

40 Box Jumps

30 Deadlifts

20 Pull-ups

**reps can be broken up however between the team



Floater Event (Event 5)

For time (4:00 time cap)

100/80 Calories on the Assault Bike

**100 calories for the men, 80 calories for the women, as a team

**This event can be completed at any point throughout the competition before the start of Event 4



**The top 4 teams from both the men's and women's divisions will advance to a final event. This UNIQUE final event will be announced after all prior events have ended.
