The Withlacoochie Century Ride has been Rescheduled!

Every year on the first Sunday in October one of my favorite supported rides takes place. The ride starts in Inverness and you can do any length you choose up to 100 miles. This year, I am planning to do the century in a repeat of last year, and my goal is to average between 15 - 16mph. We plan on starting as close to 7am as possible. There are lots of rest stops along the way and lunch is served at the main trailhead.

Depending on how many sign-up we could have different groups for varying lengths and speeds.
Here is the link to the Registration Form with more details. http://www.rttwst.org/annual-ride-registration-form.php

If you prefer to not make the long drive that morning, I suggest staying at the Central Motel in Inverness and booking early. There are not many motels nearby and this one is the closest to the starting point. Or there are campgrounds not too far away as well.

When RSVP'ing Yes, please include the length you plan to ride and the average pace you'd like to achieve.

Anyone can join us for the ride, but if you'd like to register and receive a Rails to Trails T shirt, breakfast and lunch, the registration fee is $35.00.

How to find us:Let's meet at the covered breakfast Area behind in front of the bike shop.
