For 10 years, Victoria Ledford has crafted award-winning persuasive speeches and trained her students to do the same. Her persuasive orations have achieved national recognition and have been published in multiple editions of the Interstate Oratorical Associations Award-Winning Orations. More recently, one of her students was named the 2016 Pi Kappa Delta Persuasive Speaking National Champion and the 2017 5th best Persuasive Speaker at the National Forensics Association National Speech and Debate Tournament. Victorias practical experience complements her formal academic training in communication and persuasion. She received both her Bachelors and Masters at Marshall University, majoring in Communication Studies, and she recently ventured to the University of Maryland to continue her scholarly pursuits while earning a doctoral degree in Communication. This summer, Victoria traveled the country coaching high school students in competitive public speaking. From California to Colorado to New Jersey, Victorias travels reminded her who fuels her firethe students she has the privilege to teach.
