Whether youre looking for weight loss, muscle gain, nutritional advice, specific exercise instruction, workout planning, improved performance in sports, more flexibility, an accountability group, to recover from an injury, relief from chronic pains, help dealing with gut issues, or general health and fitness consultation, Ive probably helped someone else do the exact same thing. And they werent nearly as smart or capable as you are.


Ive helped a wide variety of people achieve an even wider variety of things in specialized ways tailored to their unique goals and circumstances. I help people get real results, real quick, in an entirely healthy and sustainable ways that work amid personal and professional commitments. Ive also done much of it myself, having worked through numerous injuries, and having lost more weight than I can countlargely because its easy to lose track after the first 100lbs.

Join me, and Ill personally help you get whatever it is youre after.

Steven Rice was the fat kid growing up, until he became the obese adult. Both were bad, and as various ailments and injuries began to outweigh his quality of life, he finally decided he had enough. Since then, hes lost more than 100 lbs, increased his general strength and athletic abilities by many orders of magnitude, developed efficient ways to do all of that which dont take over his life, and has helped countless others to do the same.

He worked his way through UC Berkeley training people of all shapes and sizes. After, he never wanted to leave. His clients range from kids to recent moms to athletes and fellow former fat folks now living happier and healthier lives. He specializes in body recomposition, nutrition, and functional strength. When hes not training people or lifting heavy objects, he works as an artist and writer.
