What we'll do
The club will complete two running workouts per week together (schedule below), and you will be given 1-2 running workouts per week to complete on your own. If you must miss 3 or more of the group workouts, please contact Laura before signing up.
Workout Schedule: All workouts will be ~35 minutes in length, plus warm-up and cool-down.
Thursdays, March 8th - May 3rd, 6:45 - 7:30pm
Saturdays, March 10th - May 5th, 8:15 - 9:00am
All group workouts are currently scheduled at the Reading High School Track. In cases of weather emergencies (snow, heavy rain, temperatures below 40) or if the High School Track is unavailable, we will notify runners with an updated location or cancellation.
In addition to the group workouts, runners will be given 1-2 running workouts each week to complete on their own.
To help reduce the risk of injury, increase fitness, and improve running ability, all participants are strongly encouraged to complete at least one bootcamp workout per week at Fitness Within.
What to bring
Bring a water bottle, running sneakers and athletic attire.

You must have signed the intake form and waiver before participating.
