WHY DO WE MEDITATE?
Meditation and mindfulness is less about achieving a peaceful state of mind than rolling up our sleeves and experiencing life directly. Washing dishes in the sink can be meditation as much as sitting in a monastery reciting mantras. The Weekly Dharma Gathering evenings are about integrating a spiritual life with a secular life and having a sense of humor along the way.How to find us:We are situated behind 3871 Grandview. The entrance is through the alley between Under the Sea and GreenCoast Hydroponics, which is directly across the street from STOCK Building Supply
