FREE Vinyasa/Hatha Yoga.This class meets inside the Chruch. You can use the ramp to the church door from Clay Street. The door will be unlocked before class and locked again a few minutes after class starts for privacy and safety. Also, parking on Clay Street is preferable to parking on 13th for most.

The physical intensity rating for this class is 2 out of 3.

General

All levels of experience are welcome to this class.

Attendance is free to all.

Please Bring

1. Loose fitting clothing.

2. Yoga mat for yourself. We have some donated mats for class use.

3. Reusable water bottle for yourself.

Optional: yoga strap to facilitate some stretching exercises, an old or used belt often works.

Optional: yoga blocks to support or make easier some poses.

Optional: any yoga gear that you find helpful.

Optional: extra yoga mat for a guest or visitor.

How to find us:Use ramp door on 13th & Clay. Class meets in the church at the back of the church under the stain-glass windows.
