Welcome to 2018 Warrior Queens! Let's kick-off this year with a fun workout that'll burn fat, build muscle and boost your morale.

We will do a 45 minute circuit style workout together in Doyle Hollis park. Afterwards we can grab coffee and chat.

TO BRING:
Sneakers with treads
Towel
Water
SPF (yes- even in the winter!)

What we will be doing:

+Strength training circuits

+Cardio bursts

+Flexibility and mobility work

+Having FUN!

We will head to Ruby's for coffee for post-workout coffee and hang time!

This event is FREE but please RSVP so that we are prepared with enough equipment for everyone. Can't wait to see you soon!
