Local cheese-maker and goat farmer extraordinaire Katie Wiste of Capra Nera Creamery will give us all the cheese making basics we need to make that goodness at home like a pro. And once you know how to make it, Forager Chef David Bredesen will share some amazing dishes so you can cook up something fierce for all your holiday gathering guests. I mean you could just eat it straight and be good to go but you know...we go big.
