Lindy Dreyer leads the Experience practice at ICF, which encompasses user experience, customer experience, and content strategy. Prior to that, Lindy led ICFs social media team. Lindy draws from more than 17 years of experience in marketing and business consulting. In addition to building the Experience practice, Lindys work with clients focuses on content strategy, social media strategy, and helping organizations build internal capacity to implement both. Fun fact: Lindy has a music degree in Oboe Performance from the University of Michigan.
Tim Gregory is an Information Architect/UX analyst at ICF. He focuses on user research, audience analysis, and journey mapping, to help organizations understand what their customers really want. He has worked on web and mobile projects for housing, healthcare and energy organizations for over 15 years.

This event will be held at ICF's corporate headquarters:

ICF's headquarters has enhanced security, so we will be keeping a roster of everyone entering the building and checking ID's to make sure everyone is of legal age (because, beer...)
We'll be entering the building through the front entrance as the event will be after hours and no other doors will be open. We will have a person and signs directing everyone to the elevators. The ID check and sign in will happen when you enter the conference room area.
The main parking garage will be open for entrance until 7pm, and is located in front of the main entrance.
There is also a visitors parking lot that is open 24/7 but only has 50 spots; it is located to the side of the main parking lot.
ICF is Metro accessible and is located within walking distance of the Vienna Metro stationthe last stop in
Virginia on the Orange Lineand a free shuttle service is available from the Metro for visitors. Round-trip shuttle service runs every 1015 minutes until 7:55 p.m. Head to the kiss and ride area on the south side of the stationand look for the shuttle van with the International Limousine and Hunters Branch logo on the sides.
