Gabriel Hahn has been involved in organic vegetable production for the past 10 years. He has spent time in South America on Permaculture farms, and more recently working on food security issues in St. Louis. He has learned under Peter Bane, Keith Johnson, and Rhonda Baird.

The focus of Permaculture seems to be shifting from large footprint rural projects, to smaller, denser, urban settings, acknowledging the importance of developing resiliency on a scale that more people can embrace. This promise to be a presentation which will be helpful to many of us living in urban and suburban environments. Gabriel is part of the Sheltering Hills team. Sheltering Hills is planning a Permaculture Design Course here in Louisville in 2018.
