Each week we offer you a fun, hands-on, jam-making experience at our commercial kitchen in the Dogpatch.Classes are lead by the professional, direct-from-France, jam-maker, Coco Guilhem.

  • Get a behind-the-scene peek of a commerical jam-making kitchen! (You have never seen machines like these.)
  • Enjoy complimentary nibbles of cheese & crackers & preserves & beverages!
  • Learn how you can easily take your appetizers to another level.
  • Take home 6 bottles of your hand-made creation to share with friends. (Great co-worker or hostess gifts!)
  • This experience is $95.00


Coco's brand is Maison de Monaco (House of Monaco). You may have seen her gourmet jams in Whole Foods, Safeway, Home Sense, Berkeley Bowl, Village Market, and other specialty shops. This is an awesome chance to learn from the best! Every level of cook will enjoy this! The flavor combinations are unmatched and delicious!
