Volunteer to be a part of this wonderful effort to bring justice to black people everywhere by volunteering for with the food production for our popular food booth at this year's Maker Faire at the San Mateo Event Center. We need a whole lot of people to make this fundraiser happen. We will be producing and selling delicious African Comfort Food.

First, we will need strong people to help with Maker Faire Set Up on site at the San Mateo County Fairgrounds:
Thurs. May 18 from 10am to 4pm
At the Maker Faire Booths: We need a total of 108 people for both days and both booths
Saturday, May 20: Shifts are 7am-2pm OR 1pm to 9pm
Sunday, May 21: Shifts are 7am-2pm OR 1pm - 9pm
We are selling our very popular jerk chicken sandwiches, vegan jerk sandwiches, crab cakes, fried plantains with ginger sauce, vegan burgers and garlic fries. Also we will be selling Jamaica (hibiscus) and West African Ginger "Beer" and our fabulous sweet potato pies! All volunteers get one meal with your shift. Ages 14 up welcome. No experience necessary but we love people who love working with people and food!
