UCLA Staff Assembly is thrilled to announce a new monthly program - Fitness for Fun - to promote camaraderie amongst UCLA Staff while enjoying a fun fitness activity. The goal of this program is to have staff members, who may not usually get out and about, meet up for a Sweaty Social, while getting to meet each other, doing something active, and learning more about our university. The plan is to host this program monthly, rotating between before and after work to accommodate different schedules.

Join us for a Gut n Butt workout on Thursday, October 12 at 5:30pm at the top of Janss Steps. Our partners at UCLA Recreation FITWELL will lead a 45 minute easy-to-follow workout.Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. The workout will be tailored for all levels.The goal is to have FUN!
