Hike Description: 5 Falls Tour at 2.6 miles and only 450 feet of elevation gain. Features 5 waterfalls. Start at Winter Falls Trail Head, pass a 134-foot waterfall of the same name, then connects with the Trail of Ten Falls (take a left) and passes Middle North Falls (106 feet), Drake Falls (30 feet), Lower North Falls (30 feet) and ends at Double Falls at 178 ft. (drops into tiers and holds title of the parks tallest falls) (178 feet). If folks are wanting more falls, add a sixth waterfall by hiking another 0.6 miles to Twin Falls. There is also the Winter Falls loop which is about 6.5 miles. Different paths and loops can lengthen or shorten the hike to our desired distance and how many falls we want to see. The full loop is Trail of 10 Falls for a total of 8 miles. If you want a crazy long super turn-by-turn description of the hike with photos, check out this link.
