The Christmas tradition on Conneaut Lake began seven years ago with the placement of several large Christmas trees on the south shore of Conneaut Lake. Since then, more than 100 lake residents have joined the celebration tree display. These beautiful trees, in many different colors, are a spectacular attraction, best viewed from the lake. They are all illuminated for the season on Thanksgiving Day.
