About the competition: These workouts have been designed and vetted by certified CrossFit Kids trainers. Kids will participate in the three workouts. This competition is designed to be SAFE and FUN! Medals are awarded to the top three winners, male and female in both divisions.
Your child should feel comfortable with following movements:
Jumping pull ups ( We will adjust heights to fit every athlete)
Push Ups (hand release)
Air Squats or Goblet Squats
KB Swings (Weight 2lbs-6lbs)
Push Press (Weight 2lbs-6lbs)
