Alliances Canada is proud to present, Time to Grow (TTG) is a leadership and knowledge sharing conference thatwill stimulate how we think about different aspects of our lives. This event will aim to harness the collective wisdomand experiences from the business and change leaders. While appealing to attendees personal and professionalleadership styles, this event is designed to share perspectives that will help them become better at what they doevery day. Partly inspirational, partly aspirational and definitely emotional, the event will change the way people lookat things.

The theme for this years conference is Impact Your World How do we impact ourselves, the people around us, orthe people beyond us?. We will hear powerful stories and experiences of physical, mental and emotional fortitudethat will stimulate and galvanize Torontos entrepreneurs and professionals into action. Mahatma Gandhi remindedus to Be the change you wish to see in the world. The speakers will push us to think differently helping us to bethe best versions of ourselves and make an impact in the process. A single idea, a single thought is all we need totransform our thinking.

Our speakers will share with us their stories of grit and persistence. What did they do to push their limits? How didthey do it and what was the impact? In all of their experiences, you will see a single thread weaving their storiestogether; Challenge Yourself, Change Your World. While each speaker will highlight a different focus includingtechnology, perseverance, leadership, entrepreneurship, and courage, the foundational premise amongst each istheir total and complete belief that every one of us has the power to change our world.

2019 TTG Speakers:

1. MICHAEL ROSSI, President Adidas Canada

Michael oversees Canadian operations for Adidas, Reebok and shared services for TaylorMade Adidas Golf in his role as president of Adidas Group Canada. Since being selected as President in 2014, Michael has played an instrumental role in securing the recent seven-year NHL partnership with Adidas, as well as the transition of the Groups CFL partnership from Reebok to Adidas beginning in 2016. Identified as an emerging talent in the sports industry, Michael was recognized this year as one of George Brown Colleges 5 to Watch in Canadian sports, as well as by Sporting Goods Business as one of North Americas Top 40 Under 40.

2. KARIMA-CATHERINE GOUNDIAM, Founder & Managing Director Red Dot Digital

Karima launched Red Dot Digital in 2014 to bring greater diversity and her signature dynamic approach to the world of digital and social media. Red Dot Digitals mission is to harness the power of digital insights and strategy to help our clients achieve authentic business success. Red Dot Digital envisions a digital world that values diversity, creativity and the ethical use of data and digital insights for business strategy. 3. TONY VAN MARKEN, Businessman,Adventurer,Motivational speaker

Tony van Markenis a successful businessman and avid adventurer and has established a reputation as an outstanding motivational speaker. He has led or participated in over 30 high-altitude mountaineering expeditions on seven continents and has climbed numerous classic peaks around the world with over 60 successful high altitude summits. He reached the summit of Everest via the South Col route on June 2nd, 2005, to complete his quest to become the first South African to climb the original Seven Summits, the highest mountain on each of the worlds seven continents.

4. DOUG KEELEY, CEO & Chief Storyteller

Doug Keeley started a marketing/communications agency just days after graduating from university with a Fine Arts/ Music degree. He spent the next few decades producing large events, pioneering in the world of multimedia, and using every tool available to help his Fortune 500 clients communicate more effectively. His passion and mission are to stop the blah blah and make communicating in the workplace more effective and engaging by using the power of stories.

5. NEIL PASRICHA, Leadership Keynote Speaker, Bestselling Author, Positive Psychology Researcher
