The Trio is a three person team event we host to allow a scaled, intermediate, and rx'd athlete to compete on the same team. You do not have to put your team together like that but the workouts will allow each athlete to complete his/her task to his/her standards. We will have 20 teams in each division and there are two divisions, a men's division and a women's division. Women will compete against other 3 women teams and men will compete against other 3 men teams.

Here are the standards of the event:

Wall Balls (20/14) (10/9 foot target)
Pull ups (kipping) (suggested two people can perform these)
C2B Pull ups but only one person has to perform
Burpees
Rowing
Box Jumps (24/20) step ups will be allowed
Walking Lunges
Deadlift (225/155) for reps
Thrusters/Shoulder to overhead/Front squats weights listed below
(45/35) Everyone has to be able to perform
(75/55) Everyone has to be able to perform
(95/65) One person has to be able to perform
(115/75) One person has to be able to perform
(135/95) One person has to be able to perform
KB Swings (1.5/1)
Power Cleans (135/95) One person has to be able to perform
Power Snatch (115/75) One person has to be able to perform
Goblet Squats (1.5/1)
We may also be testing a 1RM, 2RM or 3RM of any lift as well.
