The "Boot Camp in the Park" is now in it's 7th year. Over 1400 individuals have participated since we set the Guinness World Record for the Largest Outdoor Circuit Training in 2011. But, it was never about setting a record. It's about encouraging individuals of all ages and fitness levels to get outside and exercise together in the park.

This is a FREE program. You and your family are encouraged to join us!

There are 35 Saturday morning sessions that begin in late March and run to late November. We begin Saturday, March 18th which serves as the kick-off event for both the "Boot Camp in the Park" and "Get Active Howard County".

While the Boot Camp in the Park is an activity offered through Get Active Howard County, particiants in the Boot Camp are note required to participate in Get Active Howard County. However, we encourage everyone to sign-up for Get Active Howard County, a 10 week wellness initiative. Together, as a community, we will log over 2,000,000 minutes of physical activity. You your organization's team if they have one, start your own team, or join the HealthNuts---a community team open to everyone of all ages and fitness levels. Many of our participants at "Boot Camp in the Park" are members of the HealthNuts
