We are honored to have one of the most respected and well-known international Tai Chi Masters instructing at our location.

You are invited to experience "Poetry In Motion" through Tai Chi!

Come join us in a practice of meditation, stress-reduction, and simple movements that provide internal healing and "fountain of youth" results!

You will leave the class refreshed and inspired!

This class is perfect for all levels:

Beginners - you will receive focused attention to learn the basics of Tai Chi principles, translated from the East to the West in a language you can understand!

Experienced Practitioners - you will find out details regarding the depths of a Tai Chi practice, our Pushing Hands club that meets regularly at this location, and any additional information you may be seeking.

First class is FREE, so come try it out!
