On Wednesday, November 15, Fresco welcomes Ryan Roark, owner/winemaker at Roark Wine Company, to Wisconsin for a special dinner showcasing his wines and the food we crave when the weather gets chilly. Roark Wine Co. is a small winery located in Buellton, Calfornia. Ryan Roark is a one man show, making small batches of wine that showcase variety, vintage and place.

Just as you once raised your glass of ros to that sizzling summer sun, you now find yourself toasting to turtlenecks as a new time of year is upon us. Meals lean toward comforting dishes, so it's little surprise our taste in wine shifts as we approach shorter days and longer nights. Consider Ryan Roark's wines as cozy as your newest cable-knit.

$65 per person, plus tax and tip. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot at this dinner. We ask that you pay the remaining balance when the dinner concludes.
