Many competitive sports teams will do cross training to improve their game time performance and we would love to be the facility for you! CrossFit is an excellent form of cross-training. The constantly varied training program focuses on 10 foundations of fitness: ENDURANCE, STAMINA, STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, POWER, SPEED, COORDINATION, AGILITY, BALANCE AND ACCURACY. These foundations will carry across to any sport and will help get your athletes to the top of their game.

CrossFit Armoury has two amazing locations that are second to none with regards to fitness facilities. Each facility boasts over 6000 square feet of space that includes a 54-foot pull-up/squat rig, men's, women's and training barbells, weights, sleds, kettlebells, medicine balls, climbing ropes, rowers, air bikes, and plyo boxes.


Bikram Yoga

Yin Yoga is slow-paced, mainly focusing on floor postures held for 3 to 5 minutes. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues; the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. Yin poses are also designed to improve the flow of qi, the subtle energy said in Chinese medicine to run through the meridian pathways of the body. Improved flow of qi is hypothesized to improve organ health, immunity and emotional well-being. Yin yoga is a wonderful accompaniment to the more vigorous yang style practices. This class is suitable for all ages and levels of ability.
