Slow Flow Yoga introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breath and helps you feel more comfortable in the yoga practice. The emphasis in this class is on synchronizing movement and breath in a flowing movement inspiring the style name, Flow (Vinyasa in Sanskrit).

Each class incorporates a mix of strengthening poses, twists, balancing poses, backbends, and forward bends. Although this class moves at a slower pace than the other vinyasa classes, expect to be challenged both mentally and physically.

Emphasizing safety and alignment, modifications will be offered so that everyone can work at their own pace with their own authentic breath. You will leave feeling stronger, centered, and refreshed. Open to all experience levels.
