Join theSjgren's Syndrome Foundation (SSF) on Saturday, December 2, 2017 for a Patient Education Day in Deerfield Beach, FL to gain valuable insight intoSjgren's. The conference is designed for Sjgren's patients, their caregivers and their family members to learn how to best take control of their disease while managing their overall health and day-to-day living. Sjgren's patients and attendees will learn from some of the countrys leading healthcare professionals, thought leaders and Sjgren's experts physicians, eye care providers, and researchers - as well as hear from the SSF CEO. A formal luncheon will also be part of the event.
