Escape the big city! Join us for a fabulous day trip to Wasaga Beach, scenic caves, a suspension bridge and the Blue Mountain Village in Collingwood. Relax and enjoy time at the beach, shopping, exploring nature and seeing spectacular scenery!

Our group is getting an amazing price of $79 for this trip. Book as soon as possible because the spots may go fast!

We will spend about two hours at each location. Pack some food or you can buy your meals at a cafe or restaurant along the way.

THE TRIP

Your trip includes:

Round-trip transportation on a coach with washroom and reclining seats

Visit to Wasaga Beach

Admission to the Scenic Caves and Suspension Bridge

Visit to Blue Mountain Village in Collingwood

All taxes

Bus driver gratuity

WASAGA BEACH:You have time to swim (weather permitting), walk the beaches or head to a cafe for a cool one and people watch. Bring a snack or packed lunch or buy from one of the concession stands. We will be at Beach 1 which has all facilities including restaurants and change room facilities.

IMPORTANT - Please make sure you bring closed toe shoes for the Scenic Caves - you will not be permitted in with any open toe sandals or the like!

SCENIC CAVES:Next we drive along the shores of Georgian Bay and visit the Scenic Caves Nature Adventure. The views are spectacular so bring your camera! At the Scenic Caves you will find:

One of Canadas great natural wonders

The Self-guided walking trails through caves and caverns were carved millions of years ago by glacial ice

An historic village site, home of the Deer Tribe of the Petun First Nations people

18 unique geological rock features

Numerous spectacular lookouts with panoramic views of 10,000 square kilometers of Georgian Bay

The highest point of the Niagara Escarpment, set in one of Canadas sixteen UNESCO biosphere reserves

SUSPENSION BRIDGE:Suspension Bridge with features that include:

A 420-foot suspension footbridge making it Southern Ontarios longest suspension footbridge

A protective wire fence alongside the bridge with a handrail that is wide enough for two people to walk side by side

Spectacular views of Georgian Bay and the surrounding countryside at a vantage point of 25 meters above the valley

COLLINGWOOD BLUE MOUNTAIN VILLAGE:Next we drive to Collingwood Blue Mountain Village for a visit. Lots to do here!

Restaurants and patios if you want a drink or bite to eat

Unique stores for shopping

Fun activities (at extra cost), including Ridge Rider and Blue Mountain Gondola

Depart Vaughan at 8:00am


END TIME:Return to York Mills about 7 p.m.
