Please join us for a relaxing Slow Flow Yoga class taught by Karen. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. Movements are coordinated with breath as we flow from posture to posture. Class begins with grounding exercises and gentle warm-ups, then progresses to energizing sun salutations, followed by standing poses to develop strength & endurance, along with postures to improve balance & concentration. We end with gentle stretches, twists & forward folds to cool down, then rest in rejuvenating Savasanah. Please bring your own yoga mat and favorite props (blocks, strap) if you have them; the instructor will have a few mats & props to borrow if you don't. Class cost is $15, paid to the instructor.
