Welcome to Self Made! This will be our first meetup as a group. I have been planning for this and am excited to start! We will meet at Inspiration Point and have a meet and greet for about 5 minutes before we walk down to the sand together and begin our workout. We will begin with a 10 minute dynamic warm-up. The workout will be 45 minutes long, followed by a 10 minute cool down/stretch period. I will guide you through each part of the workout and be able to accommodate anyone with previous injuries, current aches or pains, etc. in altering the workout for them. Please let me know when we meet if you have any injuries, prior to beginning the workout. This week will be a very group oriented workout! You will be split into two teams and compete as a fun twist on working out.
