Come and join us for Sprints! This Saturday at 10am sharp. This weekly meet up is meant to be all inclusive, perfect for all fitness levels. Push yourself as hard as you can or take it easy and enjoy the socializing. Typically we do 75yard sprints and then walk back to the starting line. Repeat 20 times. Sprinting is one of the most efficient ways to burn fat. Its even one of the rare things that create an effect within the body that burns calories for the next 24 hours...even when you're sleeping! We could go on and on about the benefits of sprinting for overall human health but we dont want to bore you. The most important thing to keep in mind is how fun the group is! Youll meet some great people, play with some cute dogs and of course, work up a sweat. Hope to see you there!
