Get your weekend off to a great start! Just bring a mat and water bottle to this FREE cardio/strength workout. I will have modifications based on various fitness level, so all levels welcome! If you are recovering from injury or have specific concerns, let me know ahead of time so I can have the right modifications ready for you! Will also work on flexibility and balance.

How to find us:Look for the blue FIIT gym flag. I will find a place to workout that is close to parking lot so it is easier to unload.
