Over the past few decades, technology has progressively become the basis of our day-to-day activities; whereas there was a time when we use to actually use our entire bodies to physically PLAY!....! No seriously! That was a thing! We even went outside and played. Imagine that.
Remember jump rope, double dutch, hop scotch, dodge ball, kickball, jacks or just simply racing a friend down the street?
Sadley enough, todays youth will never know or remember unless we do something now.
RECESS seems to have been replaced with just a flick of the wrist and scroll of the thumb. That's right. TECHNOLOGY.
Sedentary lifestyles result in many health issues such as diabetes, hypertention, heart disease, obesity and more. In this era of technology and convenience our youth are suffering more and more and their activity levels are becoming less and less.
We want to help our youth active and healthy.
