We will meet at The Coffee Bouquets (7 Riverview Gardens - one block west of Jane on the north side and just around the corner) at 9:00 am (leaving about 9:10 am)


Following a gentle downhill start (down Riverview Gardens Halford Ave. Old Mill Dr), at Old Mill Rd we will find the entrance (just before the bridge) to Etienne Brule Park and the wonderful winding path we will follow northward past Eglinton. There the path rises up to Scarlett Road which we will run for 500 m before reaching our turn around. Note, those wishing to run 10 km (rather than 15 km) can turn around earlier, in Scarlett Mills Park. We will catch up to you back at The Coffee Bouquets afterward.

This is a beautiful route up a nice running path through a natural Humber River setting. We should make it back to the cafe somewhere around 10:15 for 10 km or 10:45 for 15 km, +/- 15 minutes depending upon our pacing.

What you need: good running shoes, sports sun block and/or head protection (cap). If you don't have running gear yet, consider going to the Black Toe (Bathurst and King) or Running Room (multiple locations across the city) and asking for their advice. It is also recommend you carry water along with you if you have a running pack or can run with a water bottle (alternatively, hydrate well before we begin).


We can rehydrate inThe Coffee Boutiques afterward. Delicious.


Bonus! All members who attend any of our events will be entered into a monthly draw for a free pass generously donated by MiBody Health and Fitness. You can use it for any two classes, such as boot camp or yoga, or alternatively for a free 30-min. massage (with Allison). My personal experience is that these classes are great cross training, beneficial for maintaining overall body strength, and Allison's massage technique is a perfect balance for stress release and recovery.

How to find us:We'll be out front at the The Coffee Bouquets (on Riverview Gardens) at 9:00 am. Note, there is a parking lot immediately next to the cafe.
