Please arrive 10 minutes early because we begin at 10:00am promptly and ends at 11am.

We take Cash or Credit Cards for payment at class.

There will be a $10.00 charge. Please bring exact change or a credit card (we use a square reader). You can buy a 5 pass class for $40.00 ($10 savings) or a 10 pass class for $80.00 ($20.00 savings).

We have members coming from both of our meetup groups. Join us.

All levels are welcome.

Bring your yoga mat or blanket to sit on and wear comfortable clothing for a Kundalini and meditation set. Bring some water. Wear shoes you can slip off because Kundalini Yoga is barefoot. If you don't want to sit cross-legged, you can bring a portable chair.

This is a public park so there will be children laughing, dogs barking, people playing sports or small gatherings. We embrace all the distractions and let them go.
