Please join us as we learn and practice whole body circular and spiral movements to release tension and stagnant energy and clear the way for fresh energy and renewal.
We will explore single movements and short sequences from the Wild Goose Qigong system to help cultivate our Qi or life force energy while gently stretching, realigning and strengthening the body.
Using both standing and walking exercises, we will become more comfortable, integrated and fluid in our movements.
