This will start at Water Users and will end at Phon D. Please note that it will be a paddle and not a float, so we will make good time down the river. We will stop briefly at the mud flats, so bring a snack and plenty of drinking water. Sunblock, ties for your glasses, kayak/boat, life jacket, paddle, etc

We will meet at the Water Users Bus Stop #1 Parking Lot so that the early arrivals can go ahead and move their boats and gear to the water's edge. (map and information about the Lower Salt can be found here: http://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DOCUMENTS/stelprdb5208044.pdf

Promptly at 7:00am, we will shuttle vehicles to the take-outat Phon D. One driver will graciously agree to drive the drivers back toWater Users. Later arrivals may have to leave their vehicles at Water Users and ride back to their vehicles after the paddle.

This event requires everyone to wear a life jacket. No inflatable life jackets please. Please make sure you have a parking pass or you run the risk of being ticketed. (Tonto pass or annual national park pass works)
