Before enjoy the sake brewery you will enjoyadiversetaste of the distillery district chalked full of interesting facts about the areas history, architecture, and how the area became what it is today. Well meet at a central location and get the low-down on the Distillerys past as Canadas largest whiskey producer, its decline during prohibition, and its eventual conversion into an entertainment district.

We will visit Torontos best chocolate makers is also on the tour where you will get to try one of their renowned drinking chocolates in flavors of mayan, or traditional. Our final stop with edibles with be Torontos first and only sake brewery.

Your guide not only will provide your tour of the distillery and sweet shops but also The Ontario Spring Water Sake Company, locally known as Izumi. You will learn how sake is made from start to finish and taste five different types of sake all made right here in the distillery. Along side Japanese bar snacks and food pairings. Often the brewers are present and making sake. You will be able to see them up close, doing whatever tasks need to done for the day.
