Work toward your first 5K with us through a 9-week walk to run program!

Our own Josh Heath will guide you to the finish line with workouts at our weekly Tuesday and Saturday group runs. He will give you at-home workouts to keep your training on track, and support you during this exciting journey! The program will culminate in a group outing to a 5K on April 29th.

You can do this! This program is free and open to all.
