What we'll do
During this 90 minute class, indulge in fully supported healing yoga postures enhanced with passive stretches and the gentle pressure of Thai Yoga Massage. Treat yourself to a deeply nourishing yoga practice that will recharge your mind, body and spirit.
What to bring
-Yoga mat (if you don't have one, don't worry we have you covered!)
-Comfortable clothing (layers will allow you to make adjustments as need for climate comfort)

Important to know
Restorative Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga which can help alleviate symptoms such as pain, stiffness, inflammation & chronic stress. No yoga experience is necessary, but you must be able to get down on the floor and rest.
