This training will begin the conversation about race and culture by exploring, discussing and sharing our own experiences and the role culture plays in our lives. Some of the beliefs and values that are different than traditional American culture will be reviewed. Am emphasis will be placed on the need for ongoing, intentional, meaningful discussions.
