This Saturday we will meet at our usual spot at 6:30 AM. We will start out with a quick workshop on Good Form Running, then we will go out for our 6 mile run. Here is a quick review on Good Form Running below...

Here is your training schedule for the week:

Sunday 7/9: 3 mile easy pace run on your own

Monday 7/10:35 minutes foundation (strength) training on your own

Tuesday 7/11:3 mile medium pace run+ 15 minutes foundation training - You are welcome to run with the 102 or 103 groups on Tuesday/Thursdays

Wednesday 7/12:OFF

Thursday 7/13:3mile medium pace run+ 15 minutes foundation training -You are welcome to run with the 102 or 103 groups on Tuesday/Thursdays

Friday 7/14:OFF (It is very important to actually rest on the day before your long runs!)

Saturday 7/15:6 mile long slow run with the group

Sunday 7/16:3 mile easy pace run on your own
