RUN: This week we will run 70 minutes with a 6:1 [run:walk] interval


GRUB: The Run & Grub is a time honored tradition for Coach Honeybadger & Coach Darth Mando. We started this little tradition with our half marathon and marathon groups and some of our runner alumn incorporate it in their training rituals.

Post- run breakfast at Keno's on La Palma near Imperial. Bring your appetite and money (unfortunately we can't treat) and let's hang out and do something non-running for a change! :)

This week we'll be treating you to a nice, flat run. You're working hard. You deserve it!

As we discussed, please remember to eat something small - half a whole wheat bagel (with or without peanut butter), a banana... something small that won't upset your stomach. You just want enough to fuel 70 minutes of easy aerobic activity. Besides, nobody likes running with a hangry runner...
