8 1/2 mile loop through Quicksilver, starting at the McAbee entrance we'll head up Mine Hill cut across at Prospect and come back via the New Almaden trail. We'll have a little shade along the way. Temperatures should be around 80 so it should be nice and not too hot.
Where: We'll meet at 9:00AM at the gate right at the corner of McAbee and Whispering Pines. There is no parking lot, just park on the street. This is a popular spot so you may need to park a block or two away but there is plenty of parking. There are restrooms in the park about 1/4 mi in.

Quicksilver has a lot of entrances so be sure to go to McAbee. The trailhead is at the very end of McAbee at the corner of Whispering pines. If you have any questions about how to get there let me know.

Elevation: about 1200 ft climb
Time: 3 hours.
Bring water, snacks, hat, and sunscreen!
